--------------------------------------------------------------------
Let's face it: this week has been a total bummer. That is, if you aren't a dyed in the wool conservative.
First, it was Brown winning in Massachusetts. Then it was the Democrats quitting on Health Care Reform. Now this Supreme Court ruling I admit I haven't the first clue about.
I'm so done with politics, that as of yesterday afternoon, I'm taking a break. Although I expect to talk about it on this blog often, you won't hear much from me about it until the State of the Union next week. And that means I won't be commenting (much, if at all) on my political sites either for that week; nothing personal, it's just that I need a vacation from this malaise, and if I can't go anywhere physically, the least I can do is change my e-habits for a few days, and get where I need to be mentally so I can regroup and fight these battles.
But this week really sucked on so many levels. I'm angry, confused, tired, frustrated, ready to storm castles, ready to just give up, ready to stop giving such a damn about it all...sigh.
That concludes my sole commentary on national politics for this week. If it wasn't good enough, don't worry; I'll do better ones down the road. I just need to get over this migraine that has been the last three days in American politics. Because I can't think properly with such a cluttered mind.
